Summer Series

Held on Saturdays in Spring / early Summer, this is a handicap series open to all club members and is ideal for new or returning racers. There are normally two short races on each racing day with a committee boat start and with a ?grand prix? finish. The courses are kept simple and the grand prix finish means that this series is ideal for those that have not raced before or are lookig to get back into racing. Extra time is needed to sail to the committee boat which is located to the south of South Salterns buoy.For 2023 Summer 1 & 2 will be combined and the winner awarded the Sophie Ludford Trophy
